Yesterday I worked with new face Whitney from Models International. I did a photo shoot for my school newspaper for an article we’re doing on Alexander McQueen. Of course, his work is too over the top for the agency’s taste so I did one look base off his fashion show that was basic, and natural.

Whitney is a beauty I have to say. I was really excited to work with her. I know she’ll be big, she got a great editorial look.
I found an old newspaper from my senior year in high school. It really brings back memories. I see how much life has changed since and how far I’ve gone to get where I am today. So this piece means a lot to me and that I wanted to share it. I want to tell everyone to follow your dreams. Doesn’t matter how hard it takes to get there but at at the end you will. There’s always bumps during your adventures. I listen to “The Climb” by Miley Cyrus and that gets my spirit back up. Keeping work hard, and nothing can stop you. Nothing great comes easy. I’ve been working hard on my career I was 12 years old and that got me to something greater and more challenging, and always leads to another greater and challenging things. It has always prepare me to expect the unexpected things.

Meet Meagan from Hollywood Models. I had a fun time working with her, very down to earth and sweet. She told me she model back then as a teen, and recently just got back in. I have to say she didn’t lose her touch.. she still got it. She has the most beautiful long hair I’ve ever seen, beside Paulina. They’re about the same. Gorgeous! She’s stunning. I see a bright future head of her and hopefully I will work her again soon.

Great time working with my models again. I am starting to loose track of how many times I’ve worked with Melody. I can’t enough out of working with her. She’s a true beauty, different, and has great personality. A little quiet but most models that young are. So I decided to do a little personal test shoot with her to keep her working, don’t want to stall. Plus a little something for our year 2010. I had a blast working with her, and having her mom joining us was great. We had some laughs with the turtle neck look and it came out great! Take a look.
Sorry I haven’t update lately. I’ve been so busy with work, school, and photography. So many projects to get done. I did manage to update with my first behind the scenes footage to substitute my photos update. So not to long ago, just two weeks actually. I did a photo shoot with new face, Emily from Models International. Stunning! One of the kind faces. Full on editorial and so young. A face that you will see shinning brightly. I hope she goes to New York soon because she will do swell over there. It was pleasure working with her and I will be keeping her in mind for future projects.

So I joined my school’s newspaper, LA Canvas for Art Institute. I’m really excited about it because I never been involved with school, especially in high school when I could of been part of the yearbook because I did graphic design and photography. So this time I want to be involved as much as possible and to learn new experiences. I am the “feature photographer” for the newspaper so I need to start carrying my camera around to take pictures of who, what, when, and why. I also do little projects for writers on the side like just yesterday. I shot whine for a column on the newspaper, which was interesting because I never shot products before.
This beautiful model contacted to work with me a while back so today was the photo shoot. I have to say, she moves very well. The best I’ve seen in the longest time since the models I’ve worked with from Elite. I had the best time working with Paulina. She has a great personality to go with her stunning face. I can see she understood my requirement in a model, “models with great personalities and eyebrows” 
A lot of fun time laughing with her. We attempted to do a behind the scene footage, it would help if we had a second hand to help us film but we manged to pull a small footage which I will be working on it soon. I’ll definitely will keep her in mind for feature projects, so I’m sure you will see more of Paulina.
I’m excited about today’s photo shoot results. I’ve been attempting to do today’s photo shoot at least twice now, and I believe I have succeed. Today is a beauty story featuring one of my favorite models, Julia. I worked with her back when she was with Elite Models. I’m happy I got to work with her again. She has beautiful features that I wanted in a model for the story. Nothing is better than working with someone you’re familiar with. And to have the perfect makeup artist for this photo shoot was no other than my talented friend, Robert. Who did a fabulous job.
Today’s photo shoot was for someone special of mine that has a nails salon and the five looks we did will be hanging in the salon. I’ll be getting about these printed as canvas/board and framed in 16×20. That special someone is my mom, and this surprise will be given on her birthday which is New Year.
